Ropem Phones is not responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of the information on our site. All information on this site is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or the results obtained from the use of this information.  

Our Prices   
All our prices are exclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice.  

Warranty Terms  

• Warranty is given by the manufacturer, not the shop (in case of defect, repairs are handled by the service center of the brand purchased).
• Before purchase, kindly confirm with the shop whether your phone has a local warranty because we do not provide warranties as a shop (NB: not all products are under warranty. Some are sold on an ‘As it is’ basis).
• We do not accept returns on products unless the product is faulty and returned within 24 hours.
• The warranty does not cover hardware or physical damages such as screen breakage.
• We do not issue refunds on items under warranty.
• No warranty on accessories.
• Where a customer is unable to reach the service center, we can assist in taking the item there, which may take 7 to 30 days.
