Warranty Policy
Products sold by Ropem Telcom are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, where a manufacturer warranty is provided for that product.
Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions and claim procedures may vary depending on the manufacturer and product.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
The applicable warranty is provided according to the terms established by the product manufacturer.
Customers are encouraged to retain:
- Their receipt or other proof of purchase
- Product packaging where reasonably possible
- Warranty documentation supplied with the product
- IMEI or serial-number information
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe that your product has developed a manufacturing defect, contact Ropem Telcom and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Product name and model
- IMEI or serial number, where applicable
- Description of the problem
We will advise you on the applicable warranty procedure.
Depending on the product and manufacturer, the device may need to be inspected or referred to the manufacturer’s authorised service centre.
What May Not Be Covered
Warranty exclusions are determined by the relevant manufacturer.
Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms, coverage may not apply to damage resulting from circumstances such as:
- Accidental or physical damage
- Cracked or damaged screens
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Misuse or improper handling
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by incompatible accessories
- Damage inconsistent with normal use
The manufacturer’s applicable warranty terms ultimately determine warranty coverage.
Warranty and Returns
A manufacturing defect should not be treated in the same way as a change-of-mind return.
Products with suspected manufacturing defects will be handled according to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and relevant consumer-protection requirements.
