The Itel S23 features a large feature 6.6-inch IPS Display HD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone comes with a dual 50-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for videos and selfies. It has a 64GB or 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 128GB via microSD card and is powered by a Unisoc T606 quad-core processor. The phone’s unique feature is the 8GB RAM with Memory Fusion meaning it has a 4GB that can be upgraded to 8GB. The Itel S23 is available in colors Mystery White, and Starry Black color options.
