The Itel P40 has a 6.6-inch HD+ Dot Notch IPS display with a 90% screen-to-body ratio. On the front, there is a 5MP selfie shooter and the back has a dual 13MP main shooter and a VGA depth sensor. The phone is powered by the modest Unisoc SC9863A chipset. It has eight Cortex-A55 CPU cores running at 1.6GHz, while the GPU is PowerVR GE8322, clocked at 550MHz.

The phone comes with  4GB RAM with dynamic RAM and 64GB Storage options.  The Itel P40 runs Android 12 Go Edition and all this is powered by a massive 6,000 mAh battery that supports 18W charging.
